Sam Jet is the Chief Executive Officer, born and raised in the piney woods of Texas. Growing up in a homesteading family, Sam developed a profound connection to agriculture and sustainability. In 2020, he launched a landscape design and construction business, quickly expanding into permaculture farm consulting across central Texas. His enterprise now manages sustainable farms, empowering new land stewards and cultivating deep community ties. With a clear vision, Sam focuses on designing spaces that encourage local agriculture, ecological stewardship, and sustainable living. He is passionately committed to creating resilient communities through regenerative farming practices and fostering environments that promote a healthier and sustainable future for all.
Brian Scipione
Chief of Operations
Brian Paul Scipione is an accomplished business leader with over thirty years of management experience, including two decades at Austin’s iconic Magnolia Cafe. He served as COO of American Surgery Centers in Dubai, guiding significant financial growth, and managed critical mobile kitchen operations for Deployed Resources in crisis zones. A certified Master Sommelier with the International Sommelier Guild and holding advanced degrees from the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine Spirit Education Trust, Brian has provided wine education globally for over fifteen years. He authored The Modern Sommelier Compendium, the ISG's official textbook, now translated into over ten languages and used by students worldwide.
